The AP Specialist will monitor the payables inbox and enter invoices into ERP systems, ensuring each invoice, check request and expense claim is valid and properly coded for approval. Prepare vendor and account reconciliations. Successful candidate will ensure accuracy of accounting related charges and coordinate with various divisions to resolve invoicing issues. Special projects as assigned. Experience with Concur a plus. Position will start Temp and has a pay range of $22/hr to $26/hr depending on experience.
