Ron joined Gateway Group Personnel in 1998. He began his professional career with a regional public accounting firm, Dixon Hughes Goodman (formerly Rhea & Ivy PLC) and serviced both the Audit and Tax departments. After six years in public accounting, Ron began his recruiting career and has progressed to his current position of managing the firm's Permanent Search division. He maintains an active desk servicing Fortune 100 to smaller companies in the recruitment of accounting, finance, engineering and human resource disciplines. Ron is a member of the Pinnacle Society, the nation's premier consortium of 75 top recruiters within the permanent placement and search industry. He serves as the golf committee chairman for the Tennessee Society of CPA's - Memphis Chapter. Ron graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in accounting.
