I have had the opportunity to work with Cameron from both sides of the recruitment picture.  He originally recruited me into my current position, and I have leveraged him for my professional recruitment needs ever since!  Having Cameron advocate on my behalf made the experience of being a potential new-hire significantly easier.  He provided support, guidance and tips through the interviewing process and worked all hours of the day to ensure my questions were answered and I had all the information I needed to make a decision.  He also served as a third party throughout the negotiation process- I was able to bounce ideas off of him and I knew he would fight on my behalf to get me the optimal package.

Utilizing him to recruit candidates for my open positions has been equally as valuable.  He is very thoughtful in the candidates he presents, ensuring that they would be the best match for not only the position, but also the culture.
There has not been a single candidate that he has brought to my attention of which I have not been satisfied with – the tough part is picking just one!
