Ron: I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the job you and Gateway did while finding a strong Controller for our company. Without question the process and end result was successful and I enjoyed working with you during the search. I believe there is a fine line between not receiving enough communication or attention vs. receiving too much. We have worked with organizations that don't provide necessary support and follow up to some that take an inordinate amount of our time during the search process. You and Gateway have found the perfect balance and were very attentive to our needs while not requiring too much of our time from the beginning of the search through the follow up during the transition period.
